Welcome to our class! Our teacher is Mrs Cornwell and we currently have 18 children- 11 boys and 7 girls. We love learning about Maths and are becoming very good at it too! We enjoy listening to stories; especially our class story and then we take on the roles of the characters in the different areas of the classroom. If you joined our class, you would love it as we are all friendly, caring and very kind – we love to have fun and learn new things together.

“Hi. I am Mrs Cornwell and I started working at Chilton Primary School in 2000. I came as an NQT and loved it so much that I have been here ever since. I could not imagine working anywhere else! I especially love working in Reception, it is extremely rewarding when the children learn to read, count and write their names for the first time and the look of pride on their face means the world to me. Outside of school, I love family time with my husband and 2 daughters, we enjoy going on adventures to the Lakes, travelling abroad to different countries and just doing as many new and different things we can together.”
